P&G: Innovation Strategy

As a multinational consumer goods company, P&G seeks to empower billions of people worldwide through high-quality brands.

Essential has collaborated with P&G on multiple projects in their Personal Care and Femcare businesses to establish long-term brand and technology roadmap visions. “Lighthouse” strategies were developed in close collaboration with P&G marketing, technology, and design teams, and were based around internal team workshops, global consumer insights, and visualization of new technology possibilities.

The resulting brand and technology roadmap visions are used as strategic planning tools by internal P&G teams to create long-term product roadmaps, develop trajectories for new technology capabilities, and maintain and build brand equity.
